Our Services

Initial Consultation

As each design is unique, the first step for every project is a 90 minute on site consultation. This time is used to understand the feasibility of your project, ask questions, explore what can be achieved and what might need further consideration. Together, we review your budget, time frame and the risks of your project.

Following this consultation, a detailed design fee proposal is created and emailed to you for your agreement before progressing to the next phase of your project.

Each 90-minute consultation session is charged at £250 + vat.

1. Preparation & Briefing

During the briefing stage we will come to meet you in person at your home to discuss your hopes for your living space, your personal style, lifestyle and aspirations. During this meeting we will discuss time scale, budget and any queries you may have. From here we will build a picture of the project through a site survey and photographs.

2. Concept & Design

Interpreting the detailed brief we will present the designs, consisting of floor plans and 3D scaled drawings, illustrating the proposed furniture layouts, any structural changes that may be required, and sample board presentations containing samples of all proposed finishes as well as imagery of suggested furniture and joinery concepts.

3. Technical Design

Having approved of the concept designs we progress to the design development and detail design stage. At this stage we will produce a set of technical drawings clearly displaying our vision, ready for trades to use whilst carrying out the work. These can include lighting plans, electrical drawings, joinery design, detailed bathroom & kitchen designs and bespoke furniture design. At this stage we will also present a fully itemised breakdown of costs in line with the agreed budget

4. Construction & Procurement

The schedule of works will be outlined and agreed. With all onsite requirements met, works will commence and we will attend regular site meetings to ensure our designs are being carried out to our exact specifications and that the project is progressing as planned, keeping the client updated throughout. Whilst the work is being carried out onsite, we will also be procuring items, accepting deliveries and quality checking items being purchasing for our client, ready for installation.

We will agree an install date with you in advance to allow you to clear the space and prepare for the busy period in your home. We aim to install as much of the project as we can in the least amount of time, minimising disruption and maximising the impact of seeing the final design come into fruition. At this stage we will hang artwork, purchase smaller accessories and furnishing pieces. Installations typically take 3-4 days for each room with larger, whole homes taking longer based on project size and complexity.

5. Project Completion

The final phase is project completion, where we conduct a final walkthrough to ensure every detail is perfect. We help get any defects rectified then hand over your transformed space for you to enjoy.
